Welcome to CodeDP, the coding education vertical of DP Career Connect. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the CodeDP platform (available at www.dpcareerconnect.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Courses & Enrollment
- All courses are offered online, conducted by DP Career Connect under the CodeDP brand.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment is received and verified.
- Seat availability is limited and not guaranteed until payment is complete.
- Course content, schedule, and duration are subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
3. Payments
- All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST (18%).
- Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments.
- A payment confirmation and invoice will be provided upon successful transaction.
- We reserve the right to revise course pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. No Refund Policy
⚠ All sales are final.
Once a payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be entertained under any circumstances. Please review the course details carefully before making a payment. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, code samples, and resources provided are the exclusive intellectual property of DP Career Connect. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written permission.
6. Student Conduct
- Students must maintain respectful conduct in all sessions and communications.
- Sharing login credentials, course materials, or recordings with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Any violation may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
DP Career Connect shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or courses. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.
8. Privacy
We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your data is used solely to provide educational services and is never sold to third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
