Refunds & Cancellations

1. No Refund on Course Fees

Once a student completes enrollment by making a payment, the course fee is strictly non-refundable. This applies regardless of:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances
• Inability to attend sessions or access course material
• Dissatisfaction with course content after enrollment
• Failure to complete the course
• Technical issues on the student's end (device, internet, etc.)

2. No Cancellations

Enrollment cancellations are not accepted once payment is confirmed. Students are encouraged to thoroughly review the course syllabus, duration, and schedule before making a payment decision.

3. No Seat Transfers

Enrolled seats are non-transferable. A confirmed enrollment cannot be transferred to another individual or batch under any circumstances.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare circumstances such as a course being permanently discontinued by CodeDP before it commences, affected students may be offered an alternative course of equal value at our discretion. No cash refunds will be issued even in such cases.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us immediately at Dineshprabhucareerconnect@gmail.com. Fraudulent chargeback claims without genuine cause will be disputed with supporting transaction records.

6. GST & Tax

All course fees are inclusive of 18% GST. Tax amounts are non-refundable as they are remitted to the Government of India at the time of transaction.
